Section 135 of the Companies Act in 2013 introduced the provision for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The concept of CSR rests on the ideology of encouraging Companies to give back to societies. An initiative that helps charitable organisations grow alongside profitable corporate organisations.
The Earth Saviours Foundation is able to collaborate with such corporate entities and thereby, receive donations/grants/support under the CSR provisions. Corporates/ business houses/ multinational companies can, now, not only help in building the country’s economy and contributing towards India’s GDP but also make sure to minimize their harmful impact on the environment and/or improve the quality of life and health of the society by joining the selfless missions of charities and NGOs.

The Earth Saviours Foundation is an internationally recognized organization that has rescued more than 15000 abandoned senior citizens and mentally disabled people over the last decade. Currently we have over 800 underprivileged residents living in our shelter homes. With your help, we could not only uplift and improve the lives of the impoverished people among us, but can also set a humanitarian tone for corporations to inspire people to look out for one another in all fields of work.
The Earth Saviours Foundation is registered under 80 G of the Indian Income Tax Exemption Act, making it eligible to receive support from various corporations across India. This means that any donations made to specified relief funds and charitable institutions or organisations, will act as a deduction from their gross total income before arriving at taxable income.
A notable aspect about TESF is the diverse, flexible and open ended nature of our missions. From fighting for animal and environmental rights to empowering and serving the underprivileged, TESF caters to all sections of society. Sponsoring or organising events and campaigns with TESF, will not only allow a corporation to integrate its marketing efforts with a good cause and create social impact, but will also ensure development of their brand and public reach. In order to spread awareness about our missions, we at TESF, conduct countless events and campaigns throughout the year. Through company CSRs, we have been able to immensely improve the facilities of our shelters. In the past, these companies have provided us with monthly rations, medicines, ambulances and had even helped us organise our Do Not Honk campaigns which were conducted in Indian cities such as Mumbai, Delhi, Gurugram, Lucknow, Pune, and Jaipur. During the campaigns, these corporations provided our team of social workers and the general public with refreshments, banners, posters, Do Not Honk stickers, sponsorship, monetary support, inviting special guests, attracting more donors, transportation, and accommodation.
